Job Details

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial, multifamily, and retail construction projects
  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to determine project scope
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and potential challenges
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Prepare and present bid proposals to clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor project costs and update estimates throughout the construction process
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating, with a focus on commercial, multifamily, and retail projects
  • Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, Timberline)
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
