Our 14-bed unit ensures that every patient receives immediate and specialized attention.\n\nYour contribution\n\nAs an Emergency Room RN, you will utilize your clinical skills and innovative approach to patient care. You will implement a specialized plan of care, administer treatments, and monitor patient conditions to ensure optimal recovery. Your responsibilities include : \n

• Implementing care plans, including medication administration, specimen collection, and other medical treatments.\n
• Documenting all patient care activities accurately.\n
• Monitoring and communicating patient status to the healthcare team and families.\n
• Assisting patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity.\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient care, including transfers and referrals.\n
• Advocating for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.\n

• Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.\n
• 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.\n\nCertifications : \n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire.\n
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire.\n
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 6 months of hire.\n
• Handle With Care (HWC) training required within 6 months of hire.\n\nLicense : \n
• Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Kentucky.
