Salary : $75k-$85k BOE

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring additional BCBAs for its growing in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy practice in Greenville, South Carolina!

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, provides both in-home and clinic-based speech language pathology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA Therapy services throughout the Carolinas, including in Greenville, South Carolina. BCBAs employed by Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, may provide services in homes and / or within one of our clinical office locations.

All applicants must have a Masters Degree from an accredited institution and have obtained their BCBA certification.

Responsibilities Include :

• Conducting assessments and evaluations of patients with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Supervise RBTs providing behavioral therapy and interventions to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills
• Monitoring and tracking patient progress through data collection and analysis
• Collaborating with other healthcare and behavioral health professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
• Providing training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior management strategies
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date behavioral documentation and records
