Corporate Lawyer

A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Legal.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on corporate and securities law matters and governance policies

Collaborate with stakeholders to manage corporate governance for subsidiaries

Provide legal support for board matters and oversee equity-related issues

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of in-house corporate legal experience and 3+ years in a law firm

Knowledge of corporate and securities laws and transactions

Experience drafting and negotiating governance documents and agreements

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution

Admitted to the bar and in good standing or authorized to practice law
