Contact Center Supervisor
Supervises and responds to the activities of the CMG Contact Center. Primarily responsible for CMG Contact Center Staffing plans, Schedules, Quality Assurance, PPL, Automated Time and Attendance, Coaching and Development of staff. Works collaboratively with staff, peers, and department manager to achieve goals set forth by CMG Contact Center Manager and Leadership.
