Cleaning Support Technician - Flexible Site Leader (Evenings)

Schedule : Monday-Friday | 5 : 00 PM - 1 : 00 AM

Some weekends required

Full-Time Position

Travel required to multiple sites - mileage reimbursement included!

What You'll Be Doing

Overseeing nightly cleaning operations across various client sites

Ensuring cleaning quality meets (and exceeds!) client expectations

Training new team members and recognizing rockstar performers

Managing labor and supply budgets like a pro

Delivering cleaning products and keeping sites stocked and ready

Communicating regularly with upper management to squash issues and improve service

Juggling nightly priorities and schedules across multiple locations

What You Bring

At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience

Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills

Time management wizardry (planning nightly and weekly tasks is your jam)

A valid driver's license, reliable transportation , and auto insurance

A flexible mindset - you're not tied to one desk or one building

Bonus points for a sense of humor and a can-do attitude
