An HR Generalist position in Spring Green, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This fully onsite role with a manufacturer is responsible for daily functions of Human Resources including recruiting, benefits, payroll, administering HR policies programs, employee relations, compliance, and training. This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

HR Generalist Responsibilities :

• Perform full cycle recruiting and conducting new hire orientation and training
• Assist with employee relations including resolving issues and concerns with management
• Maintain and update HR policies and job descriptions
• Maintains accurate employee records
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
