A large global retailer is looking for a Technical Writer to help create and centralize the training program for a centralized dispatch center. They will be coordinating with director level management, senior managers, and on-field technicians themselves to gather the information. This opportunity is made for someone looking for a creative outlet and a chance to create a successful training program from scratch.
This Technical Writer will create and refine standard operating procedures ("SOPs"), knowledgebase ("KB") articles, and other required content as agreed in conjunction with Customer to improve Analyst efficiency interacting with field technicians and automated alarms and support the FM Operations Manager with overall program execution via technical documentation. Responsibilities include :
Use content management systems (CMS) hosted and managed by Customer, within Customer technical environments
