Essential Functions Assembling new units in accordance with documentation and training Testing new units Troubleshooting Maintenance of existing units Some Shipping and receiving Workspace organization What You Bring to the Team 1 year of mechanical assembly and low voltage electrical experience Usage of basic hand and power tools Ability to perform repetitive tasks with an attention to detail Ability to work unsupervised to meet production goals Basic digital literacy You’ll Go Beyond If You Have Previous robotics experience Experience with the Linux operating system and / or command-line Certified to operate an electric forklift Physical Demands Using standard office equipment, including a computer Sitting or standing for an extended period of time, up to 8 hours per day Using vision to read computer screen and read printed materials Frequently required to stand, talk and hear Continuously using hands and fingers in repetition Continuously sitting or stand for up to 10 hours per day Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Push / pulling up to 1000 lbs. with proper equipment Work Environment Must be able to work in a loud and open environment for up to 10 hours per day in our Longmont, Colorado location. Compensation The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in Colorado is expected to be in the range below : $25-28 / hr Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
