Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a General Manager at Genesis Biosystems. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, develop and implement business strategies, manage financial budgets, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving sales and marketing initiatives, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, the General Manager will be tasked with identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in business strategy development, financial management, and operational oversight
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of the aesthetic medical device industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Master's degree or relevant certifications would be an advantage
