Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
Maintain compliance with employment regulations and manage HR systems for data accuracy
Coordinate procurement and vendor management, as well as support recruiting efforts and employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, Recruiting Coordination, or Administrative Operations
Strong project management skills and familiarity with HR compliance and employment regulations
Experience with tools like Notion, Gusto, Deel, or Ashby
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
A proactive approach with a bias toward action and accountability
