Local Contract Radiology Technologist - $75-78 per hour

LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Radiology Technologist for a local contract job in Thousand Oaks, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Radiology Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 10 / 27 / 2025 Duration : 11 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract LOCAL candidates ONLY within 30 miles of facility HCRKK6 11 weeks- end date must be 01 / 02 / 2026 Requirements : -ARRT (R) BLS- must be able to perform DEXA SCANS -Knowledge of appropriate indications for DEXA scans Knowledge of appropriate contraindications, risks, and risk assessment of testing Duties : 1. Rooming patients, accurately taking and recording vital signs in patient's medical records. 2. Verify and / or administer medications (as directed) and record medications in the patient's medical record. 3. Perform 12 lead EKGs routinely and also in emergencies 4. Perform venipuncture and perform waived tests depending on laboratory equipment in the clinic as well as prepare specimens and requisitions for transport to the main laboratory. 5. Recognize abnormal lab values and report to the physician. 6. Recognize and report all equipment malfunctions to Clinic Manager. 7. Perform vision and hearing tests as required. 8. Follow up and respond to Care Connect In basket messages and messages coming in from patients 9. Maintain patient exam rooms : Stock / set up rooms and prepare instruments for sterilization 10.
