Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IMC nurse who is skilled in managing a 4 : 1 patient ratio. This position requires intensive care experience, preferably within an ICU or IMC setting. Candidates must have experience with EPIC charting and be able to demonstrate competency in managing various critical care scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care for patients in an Intermediate Care Unit (IMC).
  • Manage a patient load of 4 : 1, ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
  • Document care in the EPIC charting system.
  • Participate in care planning and patient education.

    • Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • Minimum of 2 years of IMC or ICU nursing experience.
  • Current certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
  • Proficient in using EPIC as a charting system.
  • Experience with critical care procedures and equipment.
