Diplomat Motors is an independent dealership group based in the Portland Metro area. In 5 years, we’ve grown into two high-performing locations, consistently selling 140+ vehicles per month with strong margins. We’re building for expansion, with a 3rd store planned within the next year and a 4th shortly after. We are strengthening our service and reconditioning operations to support retail growth. We are seeking a Master Mechanic to lead in advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and mentoring our technician team.
