What You'll Do
- Lead from the front — drive sales, gross, and volume in both new and used cars
- Motivate and develop your managers and salespeople to consistently hit and exceed targets
- Take charge of inventory, pricing, and marketing to maximize profitability.
- Build an elite culture that's focused on customer experience, teamwork, and accountability
- Monitor the key metrics that matter (closing %, PVR, sales efficiency, CSI) and execute strategies that win.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with ownership to grow the dealership's market share and reputation.
What We're Looking For
A proven GSM or GM with a track record of success in a high-volume dealership.Strong desking, F&I, and inventory management skills.A coach and motivator who knows how to hold people accountable while keeping them engaged.Digital retail and CRM savvy.Hungry, competitive, and driven to win.What We Offer
