This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can contribute to process improvement, quality management, and customer satisfaction initiatives across a technical and manufacturing-driven organization. The Quality Engineer will work within a cross-functional team to ensure consistent quality standards, drive continuous improvement, and support the development of efficient and compliant business processes. Key Responsibilities Drive and monitor NPS and CXI measures throughout the end-to-end customer journey. Promote a transparent and open quality culture across the organization. Ensure that risks are identified, mitigated, and controlled through effective use of Quality Management Systems (QMS). Provide real-time analysis and reporting to support quick decision-making and continuous improvement. Develop and implement innovative digital solutions to enhance quality outcomes. Train employees in specific quality areas and coach teams on agile and lean methodologies (SCRUM experience preferred). Implement and assess quality-related standards and compliance requirements. Apply Value Stream Mapping and other process improvement tools to analyze and optimize workflow. Coordinate internal and external stakeholder collaboration and ensure effective communication across teams. Lead or support international / national quality networks within the organization. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field (Master’s preferred). Experience : 2+ years of relevant quality, process improvement, or engineering experience. Strong knowledge of quality systems, continuous improvement tools, and root cause analysis methods. Working understanding of technical, manufacturing, or energy industry processes. Proficient in problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma, Lean). Excellent communication, analytical, and coaching skills.
