Salary : Purpose

The Marketing Product Manager of Dermatology will support strategic initiatives acting as a key driver in the development and execution of marketing strategies. This role will serve as the voice of the business, execute marketing vision, developing project plans, and creating product solutions. Through close collaboration with cross-functional departments, the Marketing Product Manager will ensure that marketing efforts align with the organizations strategy and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide product development, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations
• Develop a deep understanding of industry trends to craft messaging, campaigns, collateral, and training materials that support both product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives
• Lead sustaining projects for assigned product lines, including lifecycle management, product updates, and regulatory compliance
• Assist with managing communications for social media strategies, public events, and other external engagements
• Build relationships and coordinate meetings with key stakeholders to align efforts with the organizations strategic initiatives Oversee projects from inception to completion, working closely with the Vice President of Marketing and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Contribute to planning new company initiatives, such as launching new product ideas based on current and anticipated market trends
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and performance metrics
• Analyze customer feedback and client insights to identify potential product improvements
• Manage communications surrounding the lifecycle of Tiger Wound Cares portfolio
• Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP / CGTP, other relevant regulations / standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures
• Travel domestically up to 30% to attend offsite meetings, conferences, and support business initiatives
• Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings
• Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business / operational needs when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned
