Responsibilities Position is in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit Night shift, 3x12 hour schedule (19 : 00-7 : 30) with every other weekend required Population includes high-risk and antepartum patients Must perform scrubbing, circulating, and recovery roles Duties include triage, isolation precautions, and maintaining central lines Care involves insulin and heparin drips, magnesium sulfate, anti-hypertensives, SVE, and intrauterine pressure catheters Experience with Epic EMR is required Key responsibilities include patient care during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery in high-risk situations Must be able to manage central lines, severe infection isolation protocols, and complex medication drips Participation in basic arrhythmia assessment with specific pass criteria is mandatory Access to online orientation and study guides provided prior to start Smoke-free work environment Locals within a 60-mile radius are eligible for consideration at a different rate Requirements Active FL or compact RN license required at time of consideration Minimum 4-5 years recent Labor & Delivery experience Recent travel RN experience required Degree from an accredited nursing school or institution approved by FBON, with 2 years consecutive acute care experience within the past 24 months in a US hospital Certifications required : BLS and ACLS (AHA), NRP, PALS, AWHONN, NIH Proof of vaccination status required with no declinations allowed Must pass facility-specific EKG / dysrhythmia assessment Epic EMR experience required Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-617871.
