Key Responsibilities

Establish and enforce a comprehensive governance framework for data quality, security, privacy, and compliance

Break down data silos to enhance accessibility and insights within the organization

Lead the development of a modern data ecosystem supporting advanced analytics and AI

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in data strategy, governance, or analytics, with 5 years in a senior leadership role

Expertise in the Property & Casualty insurance lifecycle and data-driven performance measurement

Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide data transformation initiatives

Bachelor's degree required; Master's or advanced degree in a related field preferred

Deep expertise in data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks
