The City of Horace, ND (population nearly 8,000) The City of Horace is seeking a proactive, collaborative leader to serve as its next Community Development Director. Candidate Requirements : A bachelor's degree in community development, urban planning, urban design, landscape architecture, architecture, geography, or a closely related field. Compensation & Benefits : The anticipated hiring range for a 2026 start date is $100,000 to $130,000 DOQ / E. To Apply : Applications will be reviewed as they are received.
