Techvera is looking for a Sr Implementation Project Manager to join our growing team of IT professionals. This critical role is responsible for the successful onboarding of new clients, ensuring seamless implementation of our solutions.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, analytical, and tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You love structure and efficiency, enjoy tackling challenges, and believe that excellent customer experiences are built through transparency, empathy, and strong communication. Youre equally comfortable leading meetings, building project plans, or diving into technical documentationand always with the customer in mind.

How You Will Make an Impact
Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients.Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Technical teams to ensure a seamless handoff and kickoff experience.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, milestones, and required resources.Monitor and communicate project status, proactively addressing risks and resolving issues.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout onboarding, ensuring satisfaction and clarity at every stage.Deliver training and support to clients, ensuring full understanding of deployed solutions.Document all aspects of the clients environment, including network topologies, inventory, and configurations.Troubleshoot and resolve technical and client issues during the implementation period.Ensure all projects are completed within scope, on time, and with a high level of quality.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, refining the onboarding experience and internal processes.What You Bring
3+ years of experience managing technical implementation or onboarding projects.Strong project management skills with proven success implementing complex technology solutions.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical audiences.Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail.Analytical thinker with a strong ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve outcomes.High emotional intelligence and empathy, with a focus on the client experience.Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to new technologies, and solving problems independently.Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Smartsheet) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).Experience in an MSP, SaaS, or IT services environment preferred.What We Offer
