Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative Greater San Diego Area
Were seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial sales professional with strong fire sprinkler expertise and local construction industry connections to help grow our presence in the Greater San Diego Area . This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, accountable environment and wants to directly impact business growth.
What You'll Do :
- Identify and qualify new construction and service contract opportunities.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through outreach, quoting, and technical support.
- Represent the company at industry events and within the local construction community.
- Prepare layouts, estimates, proposals, and ensure smooth handoff to operations.
- Support project execution by coordinating with design and field teams.
- Expand the customer base through proactive outreach, including cold calling.
- Estimate small projects and service work as needed.
- May manage projects sold, depending on scope.
What You Bring :
10+ years of fire sprinkler sales experience with a proven track record.Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and NFPA codes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-starter with the ability to work independently.Bachelors degree in business, construction management, or engineering (or equivalent experience).Sprinkler design and hydraulic calculation experience (preferred).Project management experience in fire protection (preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Bluebeam, and related tools.Additional Details :
