Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support for FL-WiSE, EBT, Florida ACCESS, IBM Watson, and other systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and execute solutions across system processes
- Document system performance and corrective maintenance activities
- Recommend and evaluate new software, hardware, and technologies
- Analyze, document, and implement infrastructure enhancements
- Create and test scripts for system modifications and integrations
- Conduct testing and support UAT processes
- Produce technical documentation for implemented fixes and updates
- Ensure compliance with Department data security and confidentiality protocols
