Job Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst will be part of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) group and will primarily be responsible for the management and administration of the Company's IBM Planning Analytics system (Cognos / TM1), as well as evaluating large amounts of data and providing insights into business performance and trends. The position will also create ad-hoc financial analyses, work directly with external auditors, and prepare materials for Senior Management and across field and corporate support teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Company's IBM Planning Analytics system, including but not limited to : managing user access; maintaining and updating database models; creating new models and reports based on requests from Senior Management; ensuring data integrity, security and compliance with organizational policies; creating and maintaining technical documentation, including system configurations and best practices; providing training and support to company users.
• Track relevant financial and operational metrics to calculate bonus plan achievements for field management to support bonus accrual and payout.
• Assist in annual preparation of income statement and inventory planning for sales centers.
• Work in a team-based setting to provide financial and operational value-add reports for utilization by executive and field management.
