A company is looking for a Fraud Specialist to identify and investigate potential fraudulent activities.
Key Responsibilities :
Review and evaluate incoming eCommerce transactions for potential fraud
Investigate flagged transactions to verify legitimacy and assess risk
Manage chargebacks and compile reports on fraud metrics
Required Qualifications :
1+ years of card-not-present (CNP) fraud operations or risk management experience preferred
2+ years in customer service, retail, or eCommerce environments preferred
Experience with fraud detection systems and chargeback portals
Ability to meet defined SLAs while balancing accuracy and efficiency
Collaborative and eager to learn from senior fraud and risk partners
