As a host / hostess, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

We're on the hunt for talented, happy, and driven associates who thrive in the culinary world.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
  • Take reservations and manage the waitlist
  • Answer phone calls and provide information to callers
  • Assist in seating guests during peak hours
  • Maintain a clean and organized host / host station
  • Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations

    • Requirements :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong guest relations and customer service abilities
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of food service procedures and basic menu items
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and using a POS system
