Summary Of Position

We are open 7 days a week 364 days a year. We have operating hours of 6am - 12am and hours vary on some holidays. Schedules can be adjusted to meet special needs of individuals. Leading and training front of the house staff. Providing excellent guest service, upholding Perkins standards.

Reporting Relationships

• Reports : Directly to General Manager
• Internal : Extensive contacts with all levels of store personnel as well as all home office departments.
• External : Extensive contacts include guests, distributors, repair technicians, salespersons, and community organizations and schools

Education Level Required :

High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.

Experience Required :

1 -2 years managerial experience, preferably in the food service industry

Compensation : $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
