The Customer Service & Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support while actively identifying opportunities to grow the agency through sales of insurance products. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance service with sales goals.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients by phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
Handle policy inquiries, billing questions, claims assistance, and policy changes.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Educate clients on insurance options (auto, home, renters, life, business, etc.).
Support agency marketing campaigns and community outreach efforts.
Collaborate with team members to achieve agency growth objectives.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
Prior customer service experience.
Ability to obtain or currently hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license (Life & Health license is a plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use CRM / agency management systems.
Bilingual a plus.
