About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Regulatory Change Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of complex regulatory initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. This role combines program leadership with team management, ensuring that regulatory changes are delivered effectively, consistently, and collaboratively across global business units.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Maintain robust governance structures for regulatory change delivery ensuring cross-functional collaboration and consistent delivery across a portfolio of regulatory projects.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of global regulatory change programs, taking the impact assessment to implementation and post-delivery review.
- Develops integrated delivery plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Tracks delivery progress, manages risks / issues, and ensures deadlines are met.
- Acts as a trusted advisor by partnering with stakeholders to ensure the impact of regulation on operational matters are translated into actionable operational changes. Ensuring changes are embedded into policies, procedures, and controls.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and internal governance frameworks.
- Providing regular updates and reporting to executive committees and boards.
- Partners with various senior stakeholders across Business Units, Enterprise Chief Operating Office, 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defense to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely decision making.
- Leads and develops a team of change specialists, driving continuous improvement in change delivery practices.
- Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities.
Skills / Experience
Proven track record in delivering regulatory change programs within large scale multi-jurisdictional financial services institutions.Flexibility and adaptability to change, with the appetite to continually enhance / strengthen status quo.Ability to influence and persuade others (e.g. peers, partners, senior management and external parties) to implement change, strategy, and decision making in a diverse and matrix environment.Able to connect the dots across functional lines and think creatively.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify problems, develop and communicate strategic solutions.Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) to interact and manage expectations with senior level audiences, stakeholders, and management.A strong and proven ability to analyze, break down and explain complex issues in non-technical language.Requires specialized depth and / or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.Interprets internal / external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.Strong understanding of regulatory change process in Financial Services organizations and the impact of regulation on operational matters.May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and / or complexity.Salary Range : $114,700 - 194,900 USD
