$75,000 - $140,000+ yearly

Responsibilities :

• Work leads from 15+ sources (vendors, open houses, past clients, sphere, internet).
• Build relationships (60%+ of business from referrals).
• Deliver client service with full support : listing & transaction coordination, negotiation help, courier, vacation coverage.
• Stay top-of-mind with our 50+ touch marketing system .
• Grow with daily huddles, weekly training, coaching, and shadowing .
