Accurately input information regarding cases into electronic calendaring system.
Integrity maintenance of the firm's master calendar.
Working knowledge of updates and changes to court rules and procedures.
Calculation, entering, and formatting case events and deadlines.
Advising attorneys of all upcoming dates relating to the Firm's cases.
Plan and organize work load to comply with established time constraints.
Ability to conduct research for strategic calendaring.
Reviewing all incoming documents for deadline monitoring.
Respond to inquiries from the case teams regarding calendared events, deadlines, and rules.
Provide reports as needed to assist the attorneys and paralegals.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree preferred.
With at least five years of experience using a calendaring software, preferably Compulaw. This position requires the analyst to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with federal, state and local court rules.
Knowledge of USDC, state court, and alternative dispute resolution agencies' practices relating to pleadings and other actions of our clients' cases.
Thoroughness and accuracy in calculating deadlines via application of the court's rules or instruction from attorneys.
