Your Role & Responsibilities
Design and stand up a Capability Center focused on business readiness and adoptionDevelop and implement frameworks, toolkits, training, coaching models, and metricsAssess current readiness maturity and define roadmap for capability growthPartner with enterprise stakeholders to embed readiness into transformation programsLead stakeholder engagement, adoption measurement, and change enablement effortsFacilitate workshops and coaching sessions to drive consistency across regionsConnect KPIs (adoption, readiness, training, hypercare reduction) to business outcomesSupport integration with enterprise tools and systems (e.g., ServiceNow, HRIS platforms)Skills & Experience You Should Possess
8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) or transformation leadershipProven success building enterprise capabilities (COEs, academies, readiness programs)Strong background in readiness assessment, adoption measurement, and stakeholder engagementExcellent facilitation and coaching skills with ability to influence senior leadersData-driven mindset with ability to connect metrics to business outcomesExperience working across global teams and functionsBonus Points If You Have
Prosci or similar OCM certificationExperience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service ManagementFamiliarity with enterprise transformation programs involving HR, IT, and PMOBackground in utilities, manufacturing, or supply chain industriesEducation & Certifications You Need
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, or related fieldProsci or equivalent change management certification preferredWhat We Offer
