Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We’re conducting a confidential search for a dependable Warehouse Associate  to support a defense manufacturing company.

What you’ll do

Stocking : Break down inbound pallets; place parts in correct bin locations with accurate system updates.

Shipping Support : Pack parts to spec to prevent transit damage; prep small machines / equipment for outbound shipment.

Material Moves : Safely move small machines and inventory between designated locations.

Documentation : Work from pick lists, packing slips, and basic system screens; maintain clean, safe work areas.

Other duties as assigned to support daily warehouse goals.

What you’ll bring

Active security clearance or VantageClear credential (required).

1–2 years warehouse / material handling experience (manufacturing environment a plus).

Forklift certification (or ability to obtain quickly); pallet jack experience.

High attention to detail, strong organization, and reliable follow-through.

Clear communication and a team-first mindset.

Intermediate computer skills (basic WMS / ERP use; Microsoft Office).

Physical & Work Environment

Frequent standing / walking; lift / move up to 50 lbs with proper technique.

Fast-paced warehouse and production support environment; strict adherence to PPE and safety procedures.
