We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Collaborations team a creative person with an aesthetic point of view and experience with product. You'll contribute across multiple collections, categories, and genders, supporting collaborations that push the brand forward while honoring its heritage. You enjoy juggling multiple timelines and responsibilities.

About The Job

• Help create project timelines, briefing decks, and recaps for Customization Activations
• Coordinate with other teams and external vendors to track deliverables
• Organize sample needs, shipping logistics, and activation materials
• Maintain a centralized archive of past customization activations
• Track deliverables between Tailor Shop and Graphic Design
• Support customization and events by helping translate design intent into engaging, hands-on experiences
• Help manage on-the-ground execution for Tier 1 events
• Maintain accurate tech packs, PLM entries, and BOMs; track all updates and communicate changes promptly
• Contribute and manage trim & sundries developments
• Partner with teams including Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, and Tech Design to ensure design intent is implemented with quality and margin goals in mind
• Oversee important stages of development from initial concept through final hand-off, including tracking & shipping samples.
• You will report to the Global Customization Senior Manager

About You

This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on our needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $78,000 - $104,000 per year. We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
