Join a compassionate team as an Addiction Therapist providing essential outpatient behavioral health services to a diverse client base in the Midwest region. This role involves conducting thorough diagnostic assessments and delivering individualized treatment through individual, family, group, and in-home therapy sessions. You will also perform utilization reviews and determine appropriate Levels of Care (LOC) based on clinical evaluations. Crisis intervention and emotional support for clients and their families are key components of this position, along with timely and accurate documentation of all services provided.

Education : A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Experience : Preferred candidates have three to five years of experience working with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), serious mental illness (SMI), or seriously emotionally disturbed (SED) populations. Experience integrating care with other providers and supervising clinicians pursuing licensure is highly valued. Familiarity with diverse and high-risk populations is also preferred.

Requirements : Must hold a BSRB license at the Master's level with a minimum Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) credential. Completion of all necessary trainings for specialized care, including qualifications as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), is required. A valid driver's license is also necessary.

Preferred Qualifications : Clinical level licensure by BSRB and Substance Use Disorder licensure are advantageous. Experience with evidence-based treatments such as EMDR, DBT, SFBT, Motivational Interviewing, and CBT is highly desirable.
