Junior Business Analyst / Executive Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst or Executive Administrative Assistant to support a senior IT leader in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This hybrid role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow, has strong communication and PowerPoint skills, and is comfortable managing both administrative and analytical tasks.
Key responsibilities include :
- Meeting Support & Communication :
- Attend meetings on behalf of the IT leader and take detailed, actionable notes.
- Summarize meeting outcomes and follow up on action items.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing internal communications and documentation.
- Presentation & Document Preparation :
- Create, edit, and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and proofread documents for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other business documents.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination :
- Support coordination and communication with external vendors.
- Help track deliverables, timelines, and documentation from third-party partners.
- Administrative & Operational Support :
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the IT leader.
- Help manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize files and documentation.
Qualifications :
13 years of experience in a business analyst, executive assistant, or similar support role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail, especially in grammar and formatting.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Comfortable working onsite full-time in Juno Beach, FL.Preferred skills :
Exposure to IT or technology environments is a plus.Experience working with vendors or external partners.Familiarity with project coordination or basic business analysis tasks.Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
