Position : RN – ICU / IMC (Variable Shifts)

Location : Iron Mountain, MI

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Hours per Week : 36

Shifts :

Primary : Day – 3x12-Hour (7 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM)

Alternate : Night – 3x12-Hour (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)

Every other weekend required

Unit Details :

Mixed ICU / IMC patient population

ICU nurses also monitor telemetry for the entire hospital

May float to Med / Surg, Telemetry, IMC, and Emergency Department as needed

First to float to inpatient units

Facility Systems :

Paragon / Allscripts – Acute Care

T-System – Emergency Department

Unit Expectations :

Bedside Shift Reporting (BSSR)

AIDET communication framework and hourly rounding required

All clinicians must sign an attestation confirming understanding of these practices

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of recent ICU / IMC experience

Active Michigan RN license

BLS and ACLS – Required

PALS – Preferred
