Join the anesthesia team in the Pensacola, Florida area as a CRNA at a Level II trauma center. Work in a high-quality medical environment where modern equipment and advanced technology are available to provide top-notch care. Cases include cardiac, OB, trauma, orthopedics, neuro, vascular, and general cases.

Position Highlights :

• Guaranteed Compensation : $267K per year for full-time 40-hour call positions, with average compensation closer to $300K / year.
• Malpractice Coverage : Provided, including tail coverage.
• Sign-On Bonus : $50K.
• Additional Income : Ample opportunities to push compensation beyond the base salary.
• Call : 1 : 12 backup call, no in-house call as long as a 30-minute response time is met.
• Hours : Guaranteed 36 or 40 hours per week as scheduled, with compensation for additional hours worked beyond the contract.
• Night Shifts : No night shift rotation.
• Paid Time Off : Six weeks' vacation.
• Heart Experience : Experience with cardiac procedures increases compensation.
• Care Team Model : Work alongside 14 Anesthesiologists and 50 CRNAs in a collaborative, supportive team.

Overview 40 Hour Call Package :

Excluding callback compensation (Avg $18K)
