• Experience : Minimum 2-4 year of experience in a primary care setting required.
• Education : Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
• Licensure : Active FL license with no restrictions
• Department : Family Medicine
• Shift : Variable Hours / Variable Days
• Schedule : Full Time
• Salary : 90K–95K a year, Productivity Bonus + Full Benefits
