Salary : $25.00 / hr

Schedule : Tuesday through Saturday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

  • Sunday through Thursday 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm
  • Tuesday through Saturday 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm

Locations : Multiple. This role will cover housekeeping duties at our PHP / IOP, Residential Treatment Center, and 5 aparment units.

The Role

As the Housekeeper at Alsana, you will assist with maintaining the facility in a clean and safe manner.

Responsibilities

  • Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, and other work areas so that health standards are met.
  • Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and / or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and / or shampooers.
  • Empties wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transports other trash and waste to disposal areas.
  • Carries linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies.
  • Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and / or polishes floors, using brooms, mops, and / or powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
  • Dust and polishes furniture and equipment.
  • Keeps storage areas are well stocked, clean, and tidy.
  • Washes windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary.
  • Requests repair services when needed and turns mattresses as needed.
  • Observes precautions required to protect clients and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors.

    • Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of commercial or residential cleaning experience
  • Ability to work well on a team and communicate efficiently
