Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) to join

our team in providing both direct and indirect services for students with Applied Behavior

Analysis needs as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The ideal

candidate will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to

create a supportive learning environment that promotes student success towards their IEP

goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Direct Services :

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on student needs.

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to create a cohesive approach to student support.

Foster positive relationships with students, families, and school personnel to facilitate open communication and collaboration.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is between $20.19 to $24.83 per hour.

Starting pay is determined using various factors including but not limited to relevant professional development, education certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools.
