  • Responsible for the overall management & coordination of production including meeting performance targets through KPI’s & metrics.
  • Will drive Continuous Improvement  activities.
  • Will have 5 direct reports and 180 in-direct reports.

    • Key Requirements

  • Heavy metals manufacturing experience
  • Must have 5-7 years experience in operations management
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Business related is required
