Key Responsibilities
Contact a minimum of 10 service providers daily to gather feedback
Document challenges and opportunities from providers and resolve inquiries
Assist in onboarding new service providers and maintain a case resolved ratio in line with team goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in a customer service or support role
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Self-starter with minimal oversight needed
Strong organizational skills to manage tasks amid interruptions
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
