Join a collaborative team in Gilbert, AZ, where manual machining excellence drives everything we do. We’re seeking a seasoned specialist who can move seamlessly between the lathe, mill, and grinder—turning complex drawings into flawless parts and fixtures.
Role snapshot
- Location : 1433 N. Tech Blvd, Gilbert, AZ 85233
- Hours : Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (5 : 00 am – 1 : 30 pm)
- Pay & Benefits : $25–$35 / hour DOE, PTO, 401(k), Health, Vision, Dental
- Position Type : Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)
What you’ll own
End-to-end setups and operation of manual lathes, milling machines, and grindersConversion of blueprints and schematics into precision components to tight tolerancesDimensional verification and final inspection of every part you produceCross-functional problem-solving with Engineering, Quality, and ToolingContinuous improvement of machining processes, tooling approaches, and fixturingSafe, organized, and efficient work habitsWhat we’re looking for
7+ years in manual machining, including toolmaking, fixturing, and production environmentsMastery of blueprint reading and interpretationDeep knowledge of GD&T and machine tolerance capabilitiesIndependent, proactive work style with strong teamwork skillsClear communicator with a quality-first mindsetYour impact
From one-off tooling to production runs, your craftsmanship will underpin our reputation for precision and reliability. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering and Quality to refine methods, eliminate defects, and improve throughput.
