Join a collaborative team in Gilbert, AZ, where manual machining excellence drives everything we do. We’re seeking a seasoned specialist who can move seamlessly between the lathe, mill, and grinder—turning complex drawings into flawless parts and fixtures.

Role snapshot

  • Location : 1433 N. Tech Blvd, Gilbert, AZ 85233
  • Hours : Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (5 : 00 am – 1 : 30 pm)
  • Pay & Benefits : $25–$35 / hour DOE, PTO, 401(k), Health, Vision, Dental
  • Position Type : Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)

What you’ll own

  • End-to-end setups and operation of manual lathes, milling machines, and grinders
  • Conversion of blueprints and schematics into precision components to tight tolerances
  • Dimensional verification and final inspection of every part you produce
  • Cross-functional problem-solving with Engineering, Quality, and Tooling
  • Continuous improvement of machining processes, tooling approaches, and fixturing
  • Safe, organized, and efficient work habits

    • What we’re looking for

  • 7+ years in manual machining, including toolmaking, fixturing, and production environments
  • Mastery of blueprint reading and interpretation
  • Deep knowledge of GD&T and machine tolerance capabilities
  • Independent, proactive work style with strong teamwork skills
  • Clear communicator with a quality-first mindset

    From one-off tooling to production runs, your craftsmanship will underpin our reputation for precision and reliability. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering and Quality to refine methods, eliminate defects, and improve throughput.
