Creative Operations Specialist

Casper is looking for a Creative Operations Specialist to manage creative processes from briefing to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a good sense of creative workloads and project deadlines with the ability to shift and balance priorities based on the overall volume of work and business priorities. They should be a self-starter possessing excellent communication skills, can juggle many moving parts and timelines and enjoys working with creatives but doesn't want to be one. This person will serve as a coordinator and communicator between the creative team and multiple groups within the company.

When You're Not Catching Zzz's, This Is What You'll Do...

• Participate in resourcing and scheduling for all creatives
• Ensure project specs are communicated to the creatives and manage the day-to-day workflow on assigned projects
• Support the Creative Operations Lead in managing the influx of incoming briefs
• Build and monitor timelines to ensure efficient, on-time delivery of work while being able to assess and address any issues or concerns that may delay the project
• Serve as a point of contact between the creative team and the marketing team, as well as external vendors
• Assist with managing project budgets as well as the Casper Digital Asset Management tool
• Act as a team player and bring a proactive approach to solving problems

Our Dream Candidate Is / Has :

Targeted Annual Base Salary Range : $65,000-75,000 USD

Casper's compensation philosophy ensures that the actual base salary is based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, experience, special training, time in position, and / or years of service.
