Must reside 75 miles from facility for travel rate Shift : 645p-715a, every other weekend Required : BLS, ACLS, NIH, 2 years inpatient RN experience, Epic experience, IN license NKDH-4MS , Med / Surg (NKD) , 30 beds , Ratio : 6 : 1 , Meditech , Galaxy Blue (not provided) , Strong PCT support , RN reads tele, titrates heparin only , Dx : CHF, sepsis, DM, post-op , Meds : insulin, heparin, general meds , Skills : CPAP, trach, dialysis, feeding tubes, wound vac.
