Unit Overview We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our smallest patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Our team of compassionate and skilled professionals is committed to creating a nurturing environment where critically ill newborns receive the highest standard of care. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and make a difference in the lives of infants and their families. As a NICU Registered Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns in the level II NICU. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and support families during a challenging time. This role requires a strong understanding of neonatal conditions, advanced nursing skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
