• Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, diagnose conditions, and provide effective treatment services to patients.
• Order necessary diagnostic tests, review results, and communicate findings to patients in accordance with clinic procedures.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists when their healthcare needs exceed your scope of practice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient care and education provided in their health records, adhering to clinic policies.
• Stay current with medical knowledge and standards through ongoing education and professional development.
• Understand and comply with relevant legislation and standards in General Practice.
• Maintain all required certifications.
• Practice medicine in alignment with the clinic's values and mission.
• Deliver services with courtesy and respect, considering the cultural beliefs and needs of patients.
• Address and follow up on patient complaints and feedback promptly and openly.
• Work collaboratively with staff to ensure patient needs are met, including roster management and coverage.
• Complete necessary documentation, such as medical reports, in a timely manner.
• Report incidents or events following professional standards and clinic policy.
• Utilize computer systems effectively for data entry and recall systems.
• Collaborate with community and secondary service providers, as well as local hospitals, nursing homes, and hostels.

• Qualifications / Training :
• An MD / DO degree, currently licensed in
• California
• , with Board certification in clinical discipline, is required
• Minimum of five years of experience, with increasing responsibilities in clinical practice treating patients.
• Experience with utilization and quality management, as well as physician practice management
• Advanced management degree or board certification in medical management desired
• Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice in California.
