Key Responsibilities
Drive 100% outbound sales through various outreach methods, including cold calling and email campaigns
Build and manage a pipeline of HR and Talent leaders in small to mid-sized companies
Utilize sales technology to optimize outreach and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HR or Talent Acquisition
Proven track record in outbound sales and new business development
Proficiency in Salesforce and sales automation tools
Experience with data enrichment tools and virtual selling environments
