Warehouse Associate - Bilingual

The Staff Pad is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations for our client in Houston. In this hands-on role, you’ll help receive and inspect inbound tech products, accurately prepare outbound orders, and keep the warehouse organized and safe. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish , as well as basic computer skills . No prior warehouse experience is required—bring a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

What You’ll Do

Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments of technology products and components.

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy using company systems.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; follow all SOPs and safety guidelines.

Perform cycle counts and assist with regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, barcode scanners, computers).

Communicate effectively with team members and leadership in both English and Spanish.

Pitch in with additional warehouse tasks as assigned by leadership.

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) communication skills—verbal and written.

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory software.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability; team-oriented mindset.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand / walk for extended periods.

A willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Preferred (Not Required)

Prior warehouse experience.

Familiarity with forklifts or related equipment (scales, pallet jacks, etc.).

Technical training or certification.

Schedule & Work Environment

Hours : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM
